| A Manhattan investment guru to the stars was arrested by federal authorities this morning, according to law enforcement officials, for perpetrating a massive fraud and Ponzi scheme. Ken Starr, who reportedly boasts a client list that includes Annie Leibowitz, Uma Thurman, Martin Scorcese, is expected to appear in federal court today to face charges related to the investment fraud. He was arrested this morning. U.S. Attorney for the Southern District Phareet Barrara is expected to hold a press conference this afternoon to details the charges. |
