Sure. They probably won't send anything too valuable. If the Israelis don't stop them, they gain esteem throughout the Muslim world (and probably Europe too). And if the Israelis do attack, it would be an effective lever to use on fellow NATO member, the US, against Israel. And grounds for a unified (hah!) Muslim assault on Israel.

#2  The Turks are now threatening Israel that the next group of ships will be under Turkish naval escort.

At that point, I would heartily recommend to Israel that they inform Turkey that the next group of ships will encounter naval mines, when they enter Israeli waters.
