| Tropical Cyclone Phet to slam Arabian Coast in 24-36 hours |

| Link is to wunderground tracking map. Tropical Cyclone Phet, currently has peak winds of 140 mph and may strengthen before striking the south coast of Oman. Although this part of Oman is lightly populated, whoever is around will be pounded badly. The storm is then expected to be picked up by the westerlies and hit south Pakistan. By this time, peak winds will have weakened to somewhere 50-80 mph winds. |
