The development of the ArcLight system will enable high speed, long range weapons capable of engaging time critical targets and can be launched from Naval surface and sub-surface assets, and Naval/Air Force air assets. | #13 I knew a guy sent to do a ground survey in Vietnam after an ArcLight mission. He described what had been dense jungle that was now a field of craters, with not so much as a blade of grass. Some crater might have some water, another might have a larger than usual rock. |
