As usual, the congress critters don't bother to read the bills they pass, let alone try to understand them. At least this isn't a ploy to keep servicemen from smoking. I mean, somehow, when you are facing IEDs, ambushes, etc. every day, the prospect of lung cancer in 20-30 years seems really remote. (No, I don't smoke. I sympathize with those who do, though.) |

#2 I used to put two plastic pints of Smirnoff in every box I sent to my little brother in Iraq. The seargeant would see him hightailing it back to his quarters with a big smile on his face and usually blurt out something like- "you little mother f*cker!!" |
