Records detail Brown's flights on state plane
2010-08-18
In which it is discovered that California Attorney General Jerry "Governor Moonbeam" Brown used a state-owned aircraft on at least fifteen occasions in the past three years, which averages out to five per year or once every 75 days or so. At least two of the trips were to cavort with lobbyists and donors.

The Caliphornia attorney general's office owns two planes and a heli that it claims are used for law enforcement purposes and only when less expensive than flying commercial.

Governor Moonbeam has bragged up his elimination of the governor's plane when he held that office back in the days when Ted Kennedy was not only still alive but could see his feet but the attorney general's fleet is different.

Apparently it costs less to fly from Sacramento to Pebble Beach on a government plane than it does to fly commercial or drive.

#5  If you've seen Linda lately, that picture was taken about 100,000 gallons of ice cream ago...

#4  Rambler, if she was dating Governor Moonbeam, she was batsh*t crazy then, too.

#3  That picture of Linda Ronstadt reminds me how cute she used to be. Until she got old and went batshiat crazy.

#2  Beech Queen Air, perhaps? One that used to be Gen. Westmoreland's personal transport in VN?

And they have more than one chopper. Trust me.

#1  I'm not overly enthused about Meg Whitman, but a dead chupacabra would be a better Governor than this hypocritical POS. Meg will get my vote
