| NATO truck driver shot dead in Kalat |

| [Pak Daily Times] A driver was rubbed out and three more containers, carrying logistic support for NATO forces in Afghanistan, were set ablaze in separate incidents on Saturday. According to sources, unidentified gunnies ridding on a motorcycle opened fire on two containers on RCD Highway in Manguchar area of Kalat district. Resultantly, a driver identified as Nizammudin keeled over dead. The attackers set both the containers on fire and decamped from the scene. The Levies personnel reached the spot soon after the incident and took the dead body to nearby hospital for his appointment with Doctor Quincy. Another oil tanker carrying fuel for NATO forces was set on fire in Khuzdar district, some 300-kilometer from Quetta. The assailants beat feet from the scene after destroying the oil tanker. Three containers were completely destroyed in the attack. Six NATO containers had been torched during the past 24 hours. No group has grabbed credit for the attack.
