| #18 Seriously almost all of TV is vacuous slime. Some of: Nat Geo, History Chan, Travel chan and non-us news shows (DE, Fr, Jap, RU) excepted. Oh and actually sports appears to be less vacuous then all US originated TV/Cable/Sat News. maybe %5 of CSPAN on BOOK TV weekends... The movie chans don't make it as for the past 40 years they have been playing the same 50 movies. Buy them once on dvds at a second hand shop and forget about the movie chans. |

His saying Muslims (instead of Muslim extremists) is the best they could find which is pretty sad. O'Reilly should have countered with "well they say they are Muslims, so I call them Muslims. I don't think fake offense and word games are all that helpful, we all know what we're talking about here and those two are simply dodging the debate." |

| #10 The View is a joke...the most pathetic thing about all this is that there are a lot of women who get their political and news insight from this show. Kind of like the space cadets that watch the daily show w/jon leibowitz stewart. I've seen youtube clips of the view when Bill O'Reilley has been on in the past - he always effectively clowns on Behar (who is quite possibly the stupidest t.v. personality of all time) - she spends every interview w/her arms crossed looking like she ate too much chili. |
