BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Two Katyusha rockets landed in central Baghdad’s heavily-fortified green zone while a security force defused several rockets ready for firing in Baghdad on Sunday, a security source said.“No information were available about possible casualties or damage after the two Katyushas landed in the GZ,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“A security force seized a rocket launching pad close to al-Mawwal restaurant on Falastine street, eastern Baghdad,” the source said.
He added that bomb squad experts defused several rockets ready for firing near al-Nabigha school in the area of al-Obaidi, eastern Baghdad.
