| #4 I believe we compensate the owners of the destroyed rigs for the cost of buying replacements, Frank, as well as for the supplies we won't have received. It's only the drivers who are actually at risk in these little adventures. |

| #1 actually they're Pakistain tankers chartered to deliver NATO fuel, so, unless we pay for flames, we aren't paying for those |
