| OHCHR to open office in Tunisia |

| [Maghrebia] The Office of the United Nations ... aka the Oyster Bay Chowder and Marching Society... High Commissioner of Human Rights (OHCHR) announced Friday (March 25th) that it will open a country office in Tunisia and will send a second human rights ...which are usually open to widely divergent definitions... officer next week to follow up on recommendations made by a team of senior experts last month. The UN commissioned the team in early February, led by Bacre Waly Ndiaye. Its responsibilities included investigating any human rights violations by the security forces as well as advising the government. |
