[Magharebia] Algerian security forces on Monday (May 2nd) dismantled an alleged terror support cell operating between Tamanrasset and the Malian town of Gao, El Khabar reported. Two Algerians, three Malians, a Chadian and a Guinea national are accused of providing logistical and financial support to Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb. The Abelsa-based network was allegedly led by 42-year-old Malian Abou Al-Youcef El-Hassan (real name Jakwa Ibrahim Obraham).
