Global investors credit President Obama with a better job of fighting terrorism than former President Bush, while American investors rate the ex- president higher. Outside the U.S., Obama is rated stronger than Bush by 48 percent to 16 percent, in the Bloomberg Global Poll. Worldwide, Obama has a 40 percent to 29 percent lead in the quarterly poll taken May 9-10 of 1,263 investors, analysts and traders.
