The only "law" that needs to be enacted can be summed up in these words: "Anything done by the crew of a vessel in international waters, against anyone making an armed attempt to capture or steal from any vessel is considered acceptable behavior by this nation. This law applies to all XXXXXXXX-flagged ships operating in international waters, or any ships operating in the territorial waters of XXXXXXXXX." Fill in XXXXXXXXX with your nation of choice. |
