| #6 he doesn't even pay taxes he owes on US property, much less foreign. He also uses rent-controls to keep his condo costs and campaign office costs down. I feel safe in saying Charlie Rangel is a lying sack of shit and a tax and rent control cheat (IMHO, not Fred's). If I'm wrong, let Chollie sue me. He won't because I'm right. |
