| Insurgents Block Kunar-Nuristan Highway |

| [Tolo News] Kunar-Nuristan Highway has been closed by Death Eaters over the two months and Nuristan residents have been faced with a wide range of problems, Nuristan Provincial Council said on Sunday. Chief of Nuristan Provincial Council, Enayatullah Mazaber, emphasised that the blockade should be brought to and end. By blocking the main route connecting Kunar and Nuristan, Death Eaters want to apply different pressures in particular economic pressures on residents in Nuristan, Mazaber said. "We are running out of food in the quiet provincial capital and a number of other districts.
