| #1 If these journalists were proper muckrakers, they would have long ago set up such spooks so when they would try to brutalize someone, that they would be caught on camera, and surrounded by a small mob that would strip them naked and parade them through the streets, extracting confessions about who ordered them, before turning them over to (more) honest cops. Of course this is reliant on there being more honest cops, who would not bow and grovel to the corrupt ones or the spook organization. Of primary importance is to totally compromise the hit squad members, so that they are publicly identifiable, then go after their families and peers. Make their life a burden and a mis'ry. |
