| Aircraft Bomb Dry Run At Sky Harbor Only Labeled 'Hoax', 3 Arrested |

| Three African "refugees" have been arrested after an elaborate scheme to put a pseudo-bomb on an aircraft was detected by Sky Harbor Airport security. A TSA employee discovered a cellphone attached to a container holding an as yet unidentified organic material while performing a security check on carry-on bags. The Phoenix Police Department's bomb squad and the Fire Department's hazardous-materials crew determined the device was not capable of exploding nor toxic enough to represent a serious threat. The owner of the device, Luwiza Daman, 51, told investigators that an acquaintance had given her the device and asked her to deliver it to an unknown person in Des Moines, Iowa. Later, investigators found a second person they believe was involved in the incident, Shullu Gorado, 25. Gorado told them he gave the device to Daman after a third person, Shani Asa, 34, gave it to him. Investigators then located Asa, who admitted he attached the cellphone to the container housing the organic material and gave the device to Gorado. All three individuals were arrested on suspicion of having a hoax device and conspiracy to obtain a hoax device. |

#8 The 9/11 attackers did use 'pseudo-bombs' to control the passengers:"(UA 93 passenger) Beamer told the operator that the flight was hijacked and the pilots were on the floor dead or dying. He revealed one of the hijackers had a red belt with a bomb strapped to his waist." Even a fake bomb is a real asset for an attacker. |

| #3 More. It appears they're all Eritreans. Fifty-one-year-old Lewiza Daman was arrested after police aid she tried to board a plane to Des Moines over the weekend. She listed her residence as the Iowa Bureau of Refugee Services, which is on 7th Street. Sounds like a homeless shelter. You usually don't see a lotta homeless flying on the airplane. Daman told police that Shullu Gorado gave her a package of sesame paste to give to a friend in Iowa. The package had a cellphone taped on top of it. Speaking from jail, Gorado said he had no idea someone else taped a cellphone to the package."I sent food to my friend to give it in Iowa, and unfortunately there was a cell phone in the food together. They say those things are illegal," said Gorado. Gorado claims he's not part of a group that's using fake bombs to test airport security, and denies making a fake bomb. Police arrested the person who allegedly taped the phone to the package, Asa Shani, on Monday. All three are African refugees from the country of Eritrea, a country that's been accused of supporting Islamic terrorist groups. Oh, just a coincidence I'm sure... |
