| CBS released more of the recording about 5:00 yesterday -- about politics in this one --- The tapes were recorded approximately mid-March 2011 by the primary gun dealer cooperating with ATF in its "Fast and Furious" operation: Andre Howard, owner of Lone Wolf Trading Company in Glendale, Arizona. He's talking with the lead case ATF case agent Hope MacAllister. - "Watch your back," the gun dealer warns the ATF Agent in an audio recording obtained by CBS News. The secretly recorded conversations are between the primary gun dealer cooperating with ATF in its "Fast and Furious" operation, Andre Howard, and lead case ATF agent Hope MacAllister. Howard owns Lone Wolf Trading Company in Glendale, Arizona. First released "secret recordings" In the following audio excerpts, the gun dealer Howard and ATF Agent MacAllister discuss possible involvement in the investigation into Fast and Furious by Sen. | #3 Great coverage of Fast and Furious but I'd like to see more on Operatiion Castaway, with weapons going south from TX and FL. Not a lot of press other than local but an ongoing multi-agency investigation into a cartel drug/money laundering ring through the BVI/USVI that includes airdrops via planes purchased in FL and flown between Venezuela and both the islands and Central America/Mexico for further shuttle via go-fast boats to Puerto Rico and the US has been going on for 13 years. Customs and Immigration officers have been arrested, caught on camera and stamping bogus Venezuelan passports for entry. Four individuals entered via yacht from Antigua to help set up details. (think Sir Stanford?) This began in 1998 to present, with more arrests expected. One businessman has been under watch since 2005. There have been previous arrests (2002--Ashcroft) in the area allege drugs-for=weapons with terrorists benefitting. These British islands also have off-shore banking with lots of dummy corps set up there but they have cells and computers + UK, DEA, FBI, ICE, Coast Guard, Homeland Security on various aspects of the ring. If only these could be definitively linked, it would make an impeachable offense..... |
