| Israel is expected on Tuesday to name a non-resident ambassador to South Sudan. The appointment of an envoy to the world's newest state will come at a meeting of the Foreign Ministry's appointments committee that meets regularly to deal with new diplomatic assignments. not a Duke nor Earl, nor yet a Viscount |
