| WikiLeaks: Erdogan has Two Years to Live |

| Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has only two more years to live, a leaked email published by WikiLeaks claimed. According to the email, Erdogan is suffering from terminal cancer.  Turkish sources, including the alleged source of the information, denied the information, claiming that the email was “a complete lie.” |

| #7 I suspect Turkey's future will hinge on how Iran survives the next year or so. If the Islamists are put down like dogs Turkey may become less militant Islamist as well. If Iran is seen to win Turkey will go full nutter. |

Pappy, re #3 either I started drinking to early or didn't drink enough. my guess is #2 which could turn into a real BIG problem given the situations in Greece & Iraq. If they get aggresive I'd expect more of a move on Cyprus and the PKK with a play on Israel's Med development. |

| #3 While the Morton's Salt truck backs up my driveway, would anyone like to ponder and pronounce on what Yippie kicking the bucket would mean? Does the army come storming back? Do the Islamofascists become stronger and more "in your face"? Does rationality make a guest appearance? |
