| #4 They want to see if sailboats scare birds? If they put up more killer wind turbines, they could sanitize the migration routes and birds would not be a problem. |

| #2 I think most birds have good enough vision that they can see a boat coming and they're smart enough to get the hell out of the way. I would not give the human residents of San Francisco the same credit. |
