Timed nicely to reassure the many Israel-lovers among American voters, who pay attention to such things, just before the election, while preventing Israel from attacking Iran until afterward, when it may well be too late.

The gas pipelines to Europe benefit many countries. That won't work if they are blown up. The key is true change and renewal. Yes, many don't trust the Russians and Putin but I see an opportunity. He looks to be an active leader. This meeting with Israel was an interesting development.
