[ABC News] Afghan authorities say two kabooms near the governor's compound in a western province have killed a 12-year-old boy and maimed 16 other civilians.Farah provincial front man Abdur Rahman Zhuwandai says the bombs were attached to cycle of violences parked in two different squares near the governor's office.
He says nearly all of those injured in Sunday's kabooms were young people between the ages of 8 and 21.
