#1 But will Iran agree to it - as things stand, the answer is very likely "NO"??? As per China-vs-Japan/ASEAN in the ECS + SCS, IRAN = CHINA = WANTS EXCLUSIVE OVERSEAS/ INTERNATIONAL MILBASES IN SUPPORT OF ITS PERCEIVED "ANTI-US" OR "POST-US" "MANIFEST DESTINY". Just as China is unlikely to give up + stop putting pressure on Japan + ASEAN until it gets its Milbases, IRAN IS SIMIL UNLIKELY TO GIVE UP ITS STRATEGEIC ACCESS TO THE EASTERN MEDITERR VEE SYRIA-LEBANON AIR-NAVAL PORTS. No "strategic access" for Iran + China = shooting war??? |
