| #2 History repeats itself. During the depression, kids would walk the railroad tracks with buckets and pick scrap iron spikes, bolts, and fishplates. Scrap iron brought a premium price at junkyards. The iron later turned up in the form of capital ships such as the Akagi, Yamato, Shinano, and Shokaku. |

| #1 many downsides..if you have to have that chinese junk at the very least do not purchase anything for consumption we are arming a future foe on the battlefield |
