| #3 That picture reminds me of the Chicken Joke. "A farmer wanted to raise chickens and sell them for food, he quickly found that people wanted more chicken Drumsticks than chickens." So he invested in Hybrid Chickens(With 6 legs each). A friend came by one day withgood wishes and found the hapless farmer sitting and crying, he said "What's wrong?" | #1 He may be a fine Irishman, but a bit of what Dunnigan says, needs some salt. The target of the agency appeal to Congress, not mentioned herein, is their nemesis over at Bolling AFB, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The other aspect or reality, is the obvious reduction in administration participation or interest in clandestine collection activities and missions. Following the Money as the old saying goes, generally reveals at least a few potential motives. |
