#3 P2K, EXACTLY. California's Plan B is for the Federal Government to save them - and the cost will literally be incalcuable, because almost certainly some Federal judge will say that every single obligation by the state MUST be upheld in the bailout, regardless of how economically insane it might be. The one good thing here is that if the Government actually decided to do it, that would be the final straw on that poor camel's back. Mike |

#1 And the Californian government will continue to play the lyre and hand out other people's money while the economy burns. Right up to the point where they run out of other people's money and the building they are on burns out from under their feet. |
