| Lawyer to pre$$ Rodman on Korea |

| A human-rights organization that won a judgment against North Korea over a 40-year-old terrorist attack will subpoena Dennis Rodman about his business dealings with the Stalinist nation. Lawyers trying to enforce the judgment want to compel the wacky former NBA star, also known as "The Worm," to testify about his recent tour to North Korea with members of the Harlem Globetrotters for an HBO series. "Our interest is that North Korea is a major judgment debtor," said attorney Robert Tolchin. "The fact they're doing business with an American citizen is troubling." Descendants of victims slaughtered in the 1972 Lod Airport massacre in Israel secured a $378 million judgment in 2010 from a federal court against North Korea. The Lod Airport Massacre was a horrific terrorist attack perpetrated by the Japanese Red Army and the Palestine Liberation Organization and paid for by North Korea. A Rodman spokesman could not be reached for comment. |
