#5 There is always a safe haven Steve. Singapore actually does some great banking with the wealthy. Large transfers in the US get flagged and take a couple days because of Drug war and Terror war. If a guy wants to buy a 10 million dollar yacht, he doesn't want to waste the two days to sign. So he banks out of places like Singapore where the transfer is instant. |
