| 'Security a government responsibility during polls' | |

| [Pak Daily Times] Sindh chapter of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) while expressing concern over increased incidents of terrorism against political parties and their candidates in the country demanded the Election Commission of Pakistan and caretaker governments to provide security to them. Speaking at a press conference at his residence, Jeelani House provincial president of the party, Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that his party is concerned about the deteriorating law and order situation, especially, terrorist attacks against the PPP, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Awami National Party (ANP) leaders and their candidates. You'd think that it would be a govt responsibility to provide security all the time, wouldn't you?
