| Sabha rivals reach peace deal |

| [MAGHAREBIA] Rival tribes in Sabha on Saturday (April 20th) signed a peace deal in Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... , Libya Herald reported. Under the deal, they agreed to disarm and put aside past animosities. Representatives from the Toubou and other local tribes were brought together at the "Reconciliation in the South of Libya" conference, opened by Army Chief of Staff Major General Youssef al-Mangoush, and attended by General National Congress head Mohamed Magarief, Prime Minister Ali Zidan, and Defence Minister Mohamed Mahmoud al-Barghati. |
