Russian weapons bad Secretary of State John Kerry said the transfer of advanced missile defense systems from Russia to Syria could potentially destabilize Israel's security, as he announced new humanitarian aid for Syria. Mr. Kerry said the U.S. has expressed concerns about what the S-300 batteries in Syria would mean for Israel's security.
