| Rocket Hits Apartment Block In Libyan Capital |

| [AnNahar] A rocket struck an apartment block in the center of the Libyan capital on Tuesday in an attack that caused no casualties, an Agence La Belle France Presse correspondent reported. The building is located in a residential area of Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... between the Corinthia hotel and a tower that houses the British, Canadian and Maltese embassies, as well as foreign companies. The projectile hit a balcony and sparked a fire in an apartment, which residents said was empty at the time, before firefighters extinguished the blaze. Members of the security forces at the scene said the rocket had been fired by remote control from a vehicle in the car park of the building. A rocket-launcher could be seen inside the charred vehicle. Residents said the target of the attack was likely to have been the Corinthia hotel. Assailants have frequently attacked Western targets in Libya since the fall of Muammar Qadaffy ...Proof that a madman with money will be politely received for at least 42 years until his people get tired of him and kill him... in a 2011 armed uprising backed by NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. | #2 Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't it seem that all the Muzzies in the ME are fighting with other Muzzies? Is there a country over there that doesn't have significant s#!% going down other than SA and maybe Jordan? |
