FARC-EP and Colombian Govt Restarts Peace Talks

Havana, Jul 24 The delegations of the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People''s Army (FARC-EP will begin a new cycle of talks on 28 July in this capital.
