| #1 The complex in Castle Rock changed the contract and give until Oct. 1 to comply. I don't know Colorado tenant protections, but changing a contract while in the middle of a contract is bull; unless 10/1 is the official renewal date for the entire complex. Personally I think these manager whores should go back to working Colfax to remember what happens when they change the terms in the middle of a John. |
