If a court martial, could the defendant ask for removal to civilian court because of undue command influence? How would SCOTUS deal with that? Lots of bad things can happen and not all in the Middle East. |

I suspect that even most donks in our Congress would have better sense if Obama allowed them to vote on it which is most likely why he won't.
