[MAGHAREBIA] Mauritanian police tossed in the clinkYouse'll never take me alive coppers!... [BANG!]... Ow!... I quit! some 16 members of the Initiative for the Resurgence of the Abolitionist Movement (IRA), Al Akhbar reported on Tuesday (October 1st). The arrests occurred in Boutilimit, near Nouakchott, where activists had organised a sit-in to protest the lack of prosecution of alleged slavery cases. |
