Pakistain, despite being a nuclear power, is still unable to provide basic sanitation to majority of the people.

#2 The Sultanate of Oman recruits a good many of their garrison quality troops from Gwadur on the Pak coast. Mostly big splay toed brutes with no boots and sporting ancient Martini rifles. They stare while flies crawl across their faces and their women look like buffaloes in a big black bag.Children play on the rocky beach shoving sticks up rotting shark anuses to let out the gases. Its that kind of place.

You never make these people Officers, you hire officers in other places. One of the problems ( there are several ) with Paki soldiers is they sh** on the barracks stairs because its convenient. They don't know what a toilet is.
They also are not great heroes. One sniper can hold up an entire column of trucks loaded with Pakis. They are good at hiding but not at fighting. You have to motivate them with a felching stick.
They understand that. They may have invented the felching stick.
