#5 Tells me all I need to know about this course. A reasonable fear, given the sorry-ass state of academia these days. Not to discount what you are saying, but a quick look at the GTB yielded this: results for Israel I've taken a few on-line courses at Coursera and they have been uniformly excellent. Of course, they have been in STEM topics (AI, linear algebra, social networks, data analysis, etc), none of which have an overt political agenda. I just signed up, so I'll let you know how it works out. |

#4 Why then, you can see why this horrific episode might need to be discussed by a Blue Ribbon Round table of smart folks. Let's be honest here, the King David attack cleared the score from the unfortunate incidents in the north a few years earlier. Once the field is leveled let's see how we do... no... wait. |

#3 The King David Hotel bombing was an attack carried out on July 22, 1946 by the militant right-wing Zionist underground organization the Irgun on the British administrative headquarters for Palestine |

#2 I believe there is a 'round table' during week number one, on the King David Hotel bombing. |

#1 I just took a look: according to one of their tables, there are no terror attacks in Israel. Tells me all I need to know about this course. |
