25 Jamaat-Shibir men from Chittagong's Sitakunda and Lohagara upazilas on charges of conducting sabotage on highways and attacking an Awami League politician.
Iftekhar Hasan, officer-in-charge of Sitakunda cop shoppe, said they nabbed 15 Jamaat-Shibir activists from different areas of the upazila in an overnight drive.
The detainees were accused in several cases lodged with the cop shoppe for their involvement with the subversive activities on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway, he said.
