| Tribal elder, girl killed in Khuzdar raid |

| [DAWN] A local tribal elder and a minor girl were killed and six others injured in an exchange of fire at Zehri Ghat village in Khuzdar on Sunday. Levies sources said that firing erupted when security personnel raided the house of Sardar Inayatullah Zehri in the village, resulting in the death of Bashir Ahmed Zarakzai, a tribal elder, and a minor girl, Robina. Three men and as many women were maimed and taken to the Khuzdar district hospital. According to the FC sources, the raid was carried out to capture some criminals.
