| #7 I saw this happen 15 years ago, when the Leaders and Organizers complained the nasty mall security people were picking on the innocent yoots. The mall is still vacant and abandoned. More proof of racism! |

| #5 Strangely enough malls caught on originally because of crime. Provided a centralized controlled environment away from the crime in the streets of the times. Now that crime is down in the streets (as businesses have moved among those with the cash and prisons bulging with the traditional perps), the new feral element are using the malls as places where targets congregate. |

| #4 We have a zombie mall. At first, people went to the mall to shop and enjoy themselves. Now, few people go there and mall occupancy is down. There is a threat of crime and violence. |
