| With all eyes on Ukraine and Russia, with the political void it would be advantageous to resurrect the sister-city link between Kilgore and Rzhyshchiv, Crowe says, to give residents in East Texas a chance to build relationships, give them a chance to see the people of a country in the midst of revolution. When the US Government will only do so much, grassroots initiatives can do a little more. |
