| #1 TheTimes notes that the percentage of Americans ages 16 and older who are working is 62.8 percent -- the lowest since the late 1970s. That was when Jimmy Carter was president. Yet April 15th set all time records with $1,428,710,000,000 collected. Appears they're doing less with more. |
