Say Something: Millenials Giving Up on Obama
2014-06-10
College Republicans from my home state of South Dakota produced this video about young people's disenchantment with Barack Obama. The tune is "Say Something," by A Great Big World:

It is vitally important that young people learn from the failure of the Obama administration, if only to inoculate them--some of them, anyway--against the next enthusiasm, our first woman president.

#7  In all fairness to Jimmy Carter, his Wily Wabbit never put the US-World in such a high state of vulnerability as this.

#6  Should have emphasized living in their parents' basement more. Or that their parents are divorced and living together so Mom can get SS benefits. Or that they can't afford to drive a car.

#5  Any 'election' we're going to hold is a farce, an entertainment for the masses. As devoid of actual function as any Sci-Fi movie you'll watch.

And the millennials will continue to be enamoured with liberals - asking them to behave differently is asking them to A: Grow up, B: throw out everything they've been taught, and C: take responsibility for something for the first time in their lives.

'Aint going to happen.

#4  the press wasn't covering Jimmuhs ass

Jimmy wasn't their creation and the urban culturalists looked upon him as a southern yokel. That quaint uncle, twice removed from the family. The Iran hostage plight played every night through out the election. You had to know, they relished the opportunity to put him in his place.

#3  Hat tip to the awakening millennial realists. Unfortunately, they appear to be somewhat outnumbered. There's an entire host of Cultural Relativists, Racial Egalitarians, and Human Genome deniers who will NEVER admit that they were wrong. Don't blame the children, blame the old hippies and multi-cult fokwads.

#2  I guess they aren't entirely stupid after all. Now if they would finally get disillusioned with progressivism and liberalism, that have produced such scumbags as Obama and his ilk...

Kind of like the Reagan generation learned the hard way from Jimmy carter (oily took them one term, but the press wasn't covering Jimmuhs ass for him the way these propagandists do now). Problem is, they need a Reagan to cement things, and I don't see one - Rep Gowdy, Sen Cruz or Lee? Sen Paul maybe? None of them can hold a candle to the Gipper unfortunately.

#1  Very touching but when the pity party is over it's important to get off your butt and try to find a job anyway. Even if the pay is lousy and the conditions are difficult it is important to get some experience...and be sure to properly dispose of your trash. Throwing it onto the lawn or into a stream is not cool.
