So Al-Douri has been camped out in the Mosul/Tikrit area for ten years and our magnificent intelligence apparatus and NSA monitoring could not find him? Amazing. Of course, when Al-Douri went dark he had $300 million of Saddam's oil for food money and I am sure he didn't spend it all on the insurgency. $300 million will buy you a lot of anonymity. Wow talk about an intelligence bust...Al-Douri is alive and well in Nineveh? And we bought the cancer story?
