British jihadists caught after parents inform police
2014-07-09
[TELEGRAPH.CO.UK] Two British jihadists who fought in Syria were caught on their return after their parents alerted the police.

Childhood friends Mohammed Nahin Ahmed and Yusuf Zubair Sarwar, both 22, spent eight months in the war-torn country last year fighting with a notorious terror group.

Sarwar, a part time student, left a note for his parents, who thought he was on holiday in Turkey, saying he had gone to Syria to fight "jihad" and to become a martyr.

The family alerted the police and pleaded for help and West Midlands counter terrorism officers were waiting for them when they finally returned home in January.

Typical Muzzie failure. If you make it back you ain't a martyr.

#1  Makes a change for the Muslim Parents to act.

There is support in uk for Jihad in Syria no doubt amongst the muslim community unsure about Iraq and joining ISIS.I think only the youngsters see this as a military adventure/jihad.
