| [SeeBS] WASHINGTON -- The Obama administration is accusing Russia of firing artillery to hit Ukrainian military sites and planning to send pro-Russian separatists more lethal weaponry. Events that generally precede a ground invasion. The State Department says the U.S. has evidence that Russia is shelling Ukraine from sites inside Russia. Spokeswoman Marie Harf also says the U.S. has new evidence Russia intends to deliver "heavier and more powerful multiple rocket launchers" to separatists battling Ukrainian forces in the east of the country. Gun tubes all pointed toward the Ukraine and smoking heavily were they ? Harf declined to provide details or elaborate on the evidence because she said she could not get into intelligence "source and methods." Yet another odious State Dept. infant lowering the cone of silence by referencing 'sources and methods.' |

Now, Napoleon was an artillery officer and when he created (or more exactly upgraded) Ecole Polytechnique for forming artillery officers he took great care in having the very best of the best mathematicians in France teach there: Laplace, Lagrange, Poisson, Monge, Arago are just a sample of those who teached there or were examinators for the competitive exam for admission. |
