However, some people cause happiness wherever they go; others whenever they go... the disciplinary department in-charge of judges decided to postpone their trial. One of the two judges sided with a religious teacher who has been convicted for having ties with Al-Qaeda terror group. The judge objected to the 15-year prison sentence handed over to the man, while the other judge sent Tweets that were political in nature. He also published suspicious links and criticized the decisions of the rulers. Local media quoted a source as confirming that a disciplinary order against the first judge will soon be issued. The second judge was involved in the case of a female defendant involved in a moral transgression. The judge released her soon after her arrest, but failed to cite the reasons for his decision in writing. The committee that looks into the violations of judges postponed its decision. |
